Frank was born in Romford on the 20th June 1978, attended Brentwood school. He started his football career at West Ham United FC.
His father Frank Lampard (Senior) was also a professional footballer playing left back for West Ham United for many seasons from the late 1960′s to the mid 1980′s. Later becoming a coach at the club.
Frank Lampard (jnr.) began his professional career with a loan spell at Swansea City before making his West Ham debut at the age of 17 in January 1996 against Coventry City.
He played 196 games and scoring 38 goals for West Ham United before moving on to sign for Chelsea Football Club in 2001 for £11 million, where he has gone onto win many trophies and titles up until now, 3 Premier League titles and 3 FA Cup Trophies also playing in European champions league finals playing 320 games scoring 105 goals in his Chelsea career so far.
